Jacob Fuchs PharmD
Jacob started Premier Pharmaceuticals in March 2019 after seeing a need in the pharmaceutical wholesale market for a transparent supplier. Jacob has been instrumental in developing the business and managing relationships with manufacturers,
pharmacy benefits managers, and group purchasing organizations to maximize revenue and provide the best pricing for customers. Jacob created Premier Pharmaceuticals based upon the values of exceptional service and transparency.

Prior to starting Premier Pharmaceuticals, Jacob started and managed a retail pharmacy in the Southwest Idaho region. His family has been in the retail pharmacy business for over 45 years starting with Dick’s Pharmacy in Twin Falls, Idaho which was opened by Jacob’s grandfather.
Jacob received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Idaho State University. He received his Associate of Chemistry from the College of Southern Idaho. Jacob is a registered Pharmacist in the State of Idaho and serves as a board member for the Idaho State Pharmacy Association.
Adrian
Constance
Adrian joined Premier Pharmaceuticals in January 2020. Adrian is a member of the leadership team and
has focused on sales, healthcare partnerships and strategy, and project management.

Prior to joining Premier Pharmaceuticals, Adrian worked clinically as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer at the Qscan Group. During this time, outside of the general case load, he assisted with interventional procedures, presented clinical case studies at in-house department meetings and supported the IT department as a PACS/RIS super user.
Adrian is currently completing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Minnesota State University, Moorhead. He received his Bachelor of Medical Sonography and Graduate Diploma of Medical Sonography at Central Queensland University, Australia. Adrian is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Valdez
Ericka Valdez, Manager of People and Marketing, joined Premier in the beginning of 2022. With over 7 years of Creative, Marketing and Human Resources experience, her role is to provide Premier with high level strategies, world class design and lead positive company culture.
